SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
The shipping methods available to you are determined by your shipping address. Please note that while most shipping costs are free some cost may be calculated based on delivery location.
How long will it take before I get my item?
Packages that are sent with Standard Shipping usually take 15 to 45 working days, whereas Premium Shipping methods will provide an estimated delivery time from 7 to 15 working days.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges and shipping time that may arise as a result of international shipping.
Can I track my order?
You can easily track your order, by just logging into your account and viewing the tracking info in the recent orders section.

ORDER AND RETURN POLICY

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel order?
Due to the custom nature of our products and our cancellation and return policy. We encourage customers to read each product description page before buying, so it's important to order carefully. Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours.
How can I track my return order?
If your Item is entitled to a refund you will provide us the tracking number once you have mailed the product back to us. You can check the tracking info with the carrier's website you shipped the return item with.
How can I eligible for a refund?
PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY PACKAGE WITHOUT CHECKING THE PRODUCT FIRST WITH THE MAIL CARRIER PRESENT AND TAKE PICTURES OF THE BROKEN OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEM AS PROOF TO BE SET US FOR YOU TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Do I get a refund?
Yes, depending on the nature of the item and proof on arrival that product was not as described or broken you are entitled to a refund. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
What is the return notice period?
We give all buyers the option to provide us photo proof of the broken or not as described items at delivery. Our return policy is 7 days upon receiving the item that you would like to return. After that, we can not provide a return or exchange
Why can’t I return certain items?
Due to the nature of some of our Items, we can't offer a return on them some examples of items include but not limited certain items like reading materials, inflatable airbeds, clothing, and digital products.

The fulfillment address is your shipping address. If you have an international address, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address in the Special Instructions field during check out.

Yes! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may arise as a result of international shipping.

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

When you first receive your order please don’t sign for anything without checking the items are included are not damaged and working well with the mail carrier present. If there is an issue with the product please take pictures of the item in its current state showing the item and the damaged or not as described item. please keep the pictures to show us as proof of the damaged or NAD (Not As Described) product when you contact us about a return. Please Note: that our return and refund policy is 7 days, so if after 7 days and you didn’t contact us we can’t offer you a return or refund unfortunately. If you are approved for a return then you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, but we’ll refund the cost of shipping that we originally charged you. Please note that some products are not eligible for return for example Chairs, lamps, hard drives and rings, are some of the items that are not eligible for return.
